Daily Duties at Rain:
Brought on board to establish restaurant’s corporate edge and improve cost efficiency for an existing business with 8M in annual sales. Created budgets, inventories tracking, payroll, HR policies, staff & management training, guest relations and to be a motivational leader. I had 5 managers, 80 staff and 20 kitchen personnel reporting to me.
