•Actively participated in the enrollment process, including answering phone calls, cold-calling new leads, interviewing prospective students and processing enrollment documents •Performed interviews and follow-up with prospective students to support admission team members •Attended off-site events, including student events and career fairs •Supported campus marketing efforts and messaging •Directly supervised admissions team members and managed the daily operations of the admissions department to meet or exceed department goals and objectives •Provided weekly reports and updates to the Campus President on admissions department activities and performance •Promoted team building within the admissions team and with other campus departments
