Daily Duties at Goetzman Group:
Perform Month End Accounting for G&A, Bonuses and Stock-based compensation. Ensure compliance in the areas of compensation, stock-repurchases and other company-wide benefits and programs. Ensure proper application of US GAAP and company Policies and Procedures. Develop Company Wide Procedures related to stock-based Compensation. Support and Train Outsourced Staff in the Performance of their Daily Responsibilities.
