Appointed by CEO to salvage and manage or close an under-performing $30M million Business Unit. Led 15 direct reports responsible for 2700 employees in 24 pan-Canadian business units with accountability for P&L, New Sales, Customer Management, Governance and the RGIS Brand. Managed and improved governance for both Canadian and provincial laws, policies and procedures as well as talent management, new company acquisitions, succession planning, mentoring, coaching, new sales, meeting sales quotas, building new customer servicing software programs
