Credited with ensuring top performance of two of the district’s highest volume stores including the recruitment, hiring, training, and mentoring of more than 100 employees. Managed operational activities practices of all stores in district, ensuring each ran smoothly, met budget and sales goals, and complied with marketing campaigns and promotions. Created and implemented performance management system leading to increased, district-wide results including growing the district from two to 12 stores.
