Daily Duties at Evolver :
Conduct pre-installation interviews of end-users that requires data backup of files onto an universal laptop windows 7 environment system. The interview consists of, but not limited to, going over personal data information with users, such as login ID, password, phone number, and correct spelling of their name. Discuss where their files are located, whether or not they have favorites, personal folders, personal address books, and where they are stored. Review the interview sheets to ensure all pertinent data has been noted and captured as they come into the Automated Mailbox. Reconcile information on the automated interview sheet with the information on the spreadsheet, Remedy and the Employee Locator. Input information into a database to be pulled by deployment technicians.
