Daily Duties at Microtech:
Stationed at the Center for Army Analysis and the Army Simulation and Modeling Office located at Fort Belvoir Provide support for over 250 users Provide desktop support for Window Vista/7 operating system Resolving technical issue and logging it using Track It ticketing system Imaging workstation using SCCM Installing hardware devices (video cards, hard drives, etc.) Installing software Configuring Microsoft email account (including locating PST files) Creating user accounts on SNET, NIPR, SIPR Installing VPN and Citrix Encrypting files and hard drives Configure and creating Blackberry account
