Daily Duties at Convergenz:
Provide technical support for around 300 users in Herndon, VA and Washington DC Part of the migration team that migrated user workstation from Windows XP to Window 7 Add and remove hardware/software Documenting migration deployment paperwork and decided which software users will have to perform their daily activities Backing up users profile using USMT Imagining workstation using SCCM/Litetouch Configuring Microsoft email account (including locating PST files) Configure blackberry devices Setting up printers Recording and using Heat Ticketing system
