Daily Duties at Truestone:
Working for the Department of Interior Provide technical support for around 300+ users in Herndon, VA and Washington DC Add and remove hardware Installation of software Encrypting workstation using McAfee Backing up users profile using USMT Imagining workstation using SCCM/Litetouch Configuring corporate Gmail account for users Configure blackberry devices to integrate with Gmail account Setting up printers (direct connection and network connection) Recording and using Heat Ticketing system to track and resolve tickets Adding and removing computer name from domain using Active Directory Resolving issue with users over the help desk line. Configuring user with Citrix and Juniper VPN Setting up iPhone/iPad for user for an govt. environment Recording a using Service Now Ticketing system to track and resolve tickets
