Daily Duties at The Bradley Center:
Provided weekly family therapy sessions for 18 residents and their families. Provided transportation when necessary to and from therapeutic family leaves. Attended and presented at Interagency team meetings on family goals and objectives. Developed and implemented treatment plan goals and objectives. Completed weekly progress note entries on family participation. Completed therapeutic leave forms. Connected families to community resources to allow reunification of families. Facilitated family groups.
