Daily Duties at Stairways Behavioral Health:

Provided clinical and administrative leadership for the child and adolescent services within Stairways behavioral Health, including an 8 bed residential treatment facility and the Wrap Around program. Developed programming, policies and procedures, as well as streamlined staffing procedures and patterns within the residential treatment facility. Developed annual budget. Worked with Board members and community representatives as part of Stairways’ Youth Board subcommittee. Began development of strategic plan for expanding child and adolescent services over 3 year period. Unfortunately state funding cuts caused staffing cuts including my position. Worked with psychologists to ensure service delivery within the Wrap-around program. Attended leadership meetings and quality meetings.
