Assessed clients’ maladaptive behaviors. Developed, monitored, and guided the implementation of each client’s behavior modification plan. Supervised and trained staff in appropriate behavior modification techniques. Worked closely with treatment team which included client, family, school, psychologist, psychiatrist, county and insurance company representatives. Attended meetings and represented the team in meetings.
