Conferred with local agencies and internal contacts such as social service, community relations, criminal justice, consultants, and other program/facility staff members to interpret the programmatic and objectives as well as developed cooperative working relationships. Developed, monitored, and administered annualized fiscal budgets based upon corporate guidelines and ensured quality services and cost effective operations. Developed and implemented appropriate performance improvement processes within the program/facility. Evaluated program/facility training needs for staff members and coordinated and implemented training activities and programs. Communicated regularly and thoroughly with appropriate supervisory staff members on matters such as operational, administrative. And personnel issues within the program/facility. Assisted with new business development, fundraising, marketing, and community development within the area.
