Ensure complete and accurate production of computer-generated environmental forecasts for Fleet use. Executive management of Navy oceanography and meteorology offices of increasing sizes, including a shipboard Division. Technical management and integration of a Defense Agency's emerging digital production capability. Management of the Navy's library of standard oceanographic and atmospheric software and databases.
