Daily Duties at British Telecom:

At various time during a 10 year tenure which ended with the outsourcing of various departments to India. I lead various Credit, Billing, Collections departmens. Also supervised and managed internal audits both Financial as well as ISO audits. Special projects included implementing best business practices in various departments as well as implementation and cost savings in customer service delivery both for internal and external servises.
