Ensure technical approach of this $50M+ program correctly addressed the challenge of geospatial data interoperability in both format and content. Developed data and metadata standards for program; participated in development of international standards for environmental data representation; developed verification and validation processes for geospatial data in the software development life cycle (these became a basis for the IEEE 1516.4 international "best practices" standard).
