Daily Duties at Fulton Financial Corporation:
•Supports corporate IT business systems and applications. Works with business unit managers and department personnel acting as a liaison between the businesses needs and the technology to obtain operational efficiencies. •Managing the Enterprise Content Management system (ECM) and facilitating the ingestion of information assets as well as maintaining and upgrading the system. •Processing raw images, manipulating and indexing data provided in various file formats and properly storing Metadata to facilitate retrieval of cataloged images in the ECM system. Archiving assets in the ECM system as necessary. •Providing technical support for iSeries and/or client server based applications, such as COLD, document imaging, and item processing. Providing technical assistance to users of the IBM/AS400 and client server based systems. • Receive assignments from manager in the form of projects with general objectives defined. Keep manager advised of progress on all projects on a timely basis.
