Train other departmental staff on raising awareness and knowledge of financial management matters. o Ensured that the plan of care is consistent with ethical standards and Medicare requirements. Clinical Management o Assessed the functional capabilities of residents of certified nursing facilities. o Conducted assessment of the resident nutritional requirements, cognitive ability, and behavior patterns, hospitalizations, and mood and obtain and account for documentation to support patient condition. o Utilized assessment results to formulate and implement individual care plans for the residents. o Implemented and monitored these care plans to ensure effective patient outcomes.
