Re-dressing and prepare completion accessories for load-out to Land, swamp and offshore rigs.  Recent Job: Sales and deploy 7”x 9-5/8” Liner Hanger assembly, redress/Stab-in Liner Hanger Assembly and prepare Cement Manifold.  Redressed and deployed Well barrier/suspension VMB Packers for Total Usan and Akpo Project.  Completed upper and lower completions operations in various wells attached to BJ-Services completion Department.  Worked in multi-disciplinary teams consisting of drilling, completions and production engineers.  Ran sand control stimulation software and determine specification and configuration of sand screens.  Installation and Re-dressing of well completions and production Packers attached to BJ Services.  Prepared/Aging/installation of Gas-Lift sub assemblies in oil wells.  Designed and determined setting depth for zonal isolation Swellables.  One challenging job (offshore) installation of production permanent packer at 80degrees inclination, with SLB TCP gun below assembly. Both tools have setting pressure difference of 200psi.  Reviewed and amend of drilling and completions programmes with team members.  Prepared completions proposal and completion Program for clients.  Prepared daily, monthly drilling, completions and production report for clients.  Attended Preventive and corrective maintenance training in E & P operations.  Prepare Completions & Work-over Authorization For Expenditure (AFE).  Supervised document control in and out of operation base.  Ensure contractors full participation in safe lifting and handling in workshop activities.
