(155-well Program)  Prepared Well Completion Design from concept to job execution phase.  Worked as a Field Engineer in deployment/Execution of Well Completion Tools on Land, Swamp & Offshore.  Prepare Completions & Work-over Authorization For Expenditure (AFE).  Ran Well Simulation Software for OH and Cased Hole Completion. Review and prepare well completion costing with team members and follow-up on invoicing.  Followed-up on well Drilling operations to keep abreast of operational activities prior to job execution.  Followed-up on third Party provision of quality services and goods.  Followed-up on Completion Accessories availability prior to design.  Prepared Well Completion Schematics and Completions Procedures.  Prepared CWOP and IPWP slides and make presentations.  Supervised Tool preparation activities in the workshop.  Ensured quality for tools and services is met at all time.  Followed-up on client satisfaction for deployment of Lower & Upper Completion.  Supervised work preparation and Load-out activities with Team members  Promoted effective wellbore clean-up campaign before completion phase.  Prepared end of well report (EOWR) and discusses learnings with team members.  Ensured Quality Service is given to client at all times.
