Daily Duties at Heb Pharmacy:
Working as a Pharmacy Manager, I was responsible for day to day management of the pharmacy operations and professional practices. I managed technicians and other personnel. Managed drug and narcotic inventory. I maintained a perpetual schedule ll inventory. Complied to all security and Loss Prevention procedures. I ensured that the medications prescribed for the patients are dispensed accurately in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and company policies. I worked without immediate supervision using independent judgment as a degree of non-compliance. Explained compliance-related deficiencies and advised pharmacist of other methods of correction. I investigated complaints from customers and health professionals and followed corporate guidelines to resolve problems. I have had previous work experience involving overnight travel. I do have the ability to work on a personal computer and a knowledge of using Word and using Pharmacy software. Demonstrate competence in determining the appropriateness of prescription drug orders and medication orders and evaluating in selecting products; and assuring the accuracy of the product/prescription dispensing process.
