Daily Duties at At&T Inc.:
Responsible for meeting all the telecommunications needs of the 380 assigned accounts. Project managed the ordering and installation of customer phone systems and all required network elements. Complete all translations required for programming phone systems. Keep all phone system documentation updated for each system installed/changed. Manage the customer expectations. Insure proper billing through quarterly billing reviews.
