Daily Duties at Microsoft Contract With Wicersoft Consulting:
Responsible for on boarding new projects and software, managing all bugs, tasks and application management for Microsoft Retail Stores and Microsoft Information Technology (MSIT) operations teams. Team environment consisted as a collaborate membership comprising of helpdesk, developers and testers. Lead Program Manager for MSIT gathering requirements, prioritizing requests, communicating updates while maintaining on time release schedules. Utilizing SharePoint 2012 as a live tile tool providing up to date information on all key performance indicators for the project. Created detail processes leveraging Visio 2010 as a tool to provide high level road map that provided focused attention on key process points. Responsible for bug tracking and triage from helpdesk teams in turn create reports from Team Foundation Server 2012 that allowed management to quickly assess the projects high priority needs.
