• Managed $45 million in weekly payables • Lead, supervised and trained and more than 13 employees • Problem resolution and analysis of vendor invoices, credit holds and customer discrepancies • Carried out vendor service contract negotiations • Developed and introduced innovative policies and procedures designed to decrease costs while increasing efficiency. • Performed Monthly reconciliation on Oracle software • Timely and accurate payment request processing in accordance with corporate guidelines. • Month, quarter, and year-end closing activities for the payable sub-module. • Responsible for monthly wire transfer processing. • 1099 year-end process
