Daily Duties at Advanstar:
• Responsible for efficient accurate processing of all records related to accounts payable and employee expense reports using the Oracle Payables System • American Express travel expense reconciliation and employee payment • Multiple entity processing. • Ensures EFT’s, wires are processed in accordance with company policy, including providing daily and weekly payable request files to financial services management for payment and approval. • Maintain accurate accounts payable records • Managed more than $8 million in monthly payments • Monthly reconciliation’s of vendor statements • Performs extensive account analysis to ensure that all accruals, reversals and expense entries are properly reflected. • Set up and maintain prepayment, recurring payments, rents, and vendor contracts • Hires, trains, mentor and evaluate staff and oversees all responsibilities performed • Year end 1099 processing.
