Daily Duties at New Century Transportation Inc:
Responsible for staff of 40 individuals and their execution of daily customer service duties in a Call Center environment. Duties listed within the CS umbrella: Outbound mail, some billing, Reception, Expedited Shipment Group, Call Center CSR’s and Appointment Clerks. • Monitor CS daily progress reporting daily to CS Mgr. and Terminal Director. • Work one on one with Operations and Load Plan to accomplish targeted goals. • Maintain customer relationships working with customers both internal and external. • Problem solving • Working with CSR’s, other Depts. and Customer Service Manager to improve and streamline current procedures. • Work consistently and conscientiously with other departments to obtain company goals
