Daily Duties at University Of Illinois:
Counseled forty University of Illinois students with disabilities. Coordinated social events and fundraisers such as the New Student Picnic, Halloween Party, Children with Disabilities Holiday Party, Wheel-a-thons ’97 & ’98. Lectured as keynote speaker at the Bank of America Cultural Diversity Network Club in Chicago and spoke at the local AMBUCS and CU OPTIMIST clubs to increase funds. Maintained DSO’s annual Distinguished Teaching Award tradition at the DSO Awards banquet. Successfully fund-raised $10,000 in ‘98 and $5,000 in ‘97.
