Daily Duties at Baxter Healthcare:

Directed a complex facility with VOP of $101M, 875 hourly and salaried personnel, and product portfolio of 850 medical devices and pharmaceutical products. Led all operations including manufacturing, facilities, engineering, logistics, planning, and maintenance. Key processes include: bottle filling, vial filling, injection molding, tubing extrusion, automated assembly, sterilization, and aseptic processing. Ensured the outgoing quality of finished products in compliance with regulatory requirements. Cultivated customer relationships to secure new contracts via hosting plant visits. Promoted continuous improvement via execution of Lean principles to resolve operational challenges. Developed, validated, and integrated processes for 4 new product platforms including 2 new build-outs.
