Daily Duties at At&T Global Network Services:
Accountable for leadership, performance management, development, motivation and ongoing growth of an organization of 25 direct reports and contractors.Total operational responsibility for a team of technical support technicians providing 7X24X365 proactive monitoring and support of network connectivity and customer premise equipment for major, international, Fortune 500 accounts’ IP and VPN network. Conducted customer site visits and status and performance reporting; managed all problem rectification projects, including coordinating with internal departments and vendors to meet project goals
