Critical Care Transport Flight Paramedic, JeffSTAT Medical Base Manager, JeffSTAT 2007-2013 Oversee community-based medical helicopter flight base in Philadelphia and Southern NJ locations consisting of multi-disciplinary critical care teams charged with transporting patients to tertiary care facilities. Manage staffing, systems, logistics, staff performance, and regulatory compliance. Carry out financial governance, including analysis, reporting, budget control, contract management, and procurement for assigned base. Ensure CAMTS and Joint Commission compliance. Serve as main public relations point of contact. Heavily involved in Process Improvement and recruiting.
