Payable including: Handle all aspects of Accounts Running weekly check runs to match to invoices, maintain a AP filing system. Heavy telephone contact, with a record for forging strong client & vendor relationships in the Aviation Industry. Key communicator between purchasing and maintenance, pilots and all staff. Reconciliation of all credit cards activities for client's planes. Maintained 100% accuracy in calculating discounts, interest and commissions. Posted receipts to appropriate general ledger accounts. Researched and resolved accounts payable discrepancies. Coded and entered at least 75‑100 invoices each day into the in‑house accounting software. Various account analysis and report preparation. Reconciled vendor statements and handled payment complaints or discrepancies. Reviewed all expense reports for accuracy and proper expense disclosure.
