Manage district safety guidelines, enforcing all rules and regulations. Identify safety processes not in compliance with company standards and develop corrective action plans. Audit hazardous waste and processes to ensure waste removed in timely and cost-effective manner. Develop preventive measures and practices. Key Achievements: • Serve as emergency management representative for Wellstar Douglas Hospital and Wellstar Windy Hill Hospital, directing at least two disaster drills per year. • Actively participating in Georgia Hospital Association Specialty Hospital Workgroup. • Updating chemical inventories. • Evaluating all chemicals to ensure lowest possible health and/or fire hazard are achieved.
