As Manager, responsible for staffing, budget, marketing, annual evaluations, hiring and firing process, assisted the staff with patient care 3-4 days/week,developed policies and procedures,developed FAQ forms for procedures,educated staff on the electronic chart, audited MD and staff documentation for ACO and JC mandates,leadership qualifications..communication,education,positive attitude.
