As a member of the Process Chemistry group my primary responsibilities were developing and characterizing conjugation processes for antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) including scale-up, transfer to CMOs, and process characterization analytical work. - Assisted in document production and review during tech transfer to CMOs. - Wrote sections of tech transfer reports summarizing the development of ADCs. - Performed process development experiments that increased our understanding of the conjugation process. - Developed method and drafted SOP to determine the residual thiol of the final purified conjugate. - Investigated kinetics of partial reduction of antibody - Performed solution stability studies of free-drug species leading to changes in sample preparation.
