Responsible for managing all contracts in the NCR with annual revenue of over $15M, which consisted of 123 personnel. Supervised 115 directly and eight indirectly. Responsible for reviewing and providing feedback to employee bi-weekly reports; approving timesheets and vacation; conducting interviews for potential employees; conducting employee annual evaluations; submitting contract deliverables and interacting with the customer to resolve contract issues; developing goals and responsibilities for project/team leads; maintaining labor efficiency goal of 99.5%.
