Daily Duties at Spark Networks:

Oversaw day-to-day activities as they related to company accounting operations. Aligned accounting operations with requirements for publically-held company, instituting financial controls, revenue recognition processes, and accounting software upgrades. Managed accounting processes spanning AP, AR, cash flow management, ADP Payroll, journal entries, month-end close, payroll administration and staff oversight responsibilities. Liaised with audit professionals to complete quarterly financial and tax audits. Provided financial expertise to support business during IPO transition phase, assuring adherence to GAAP accounting guidelines. Possessed treasury and personnel management responsibilities.
