Daily Duties at Projectools:

• I was in charge of the entire QA Department for ProjecTools. My duties were to create and implement the QA and IV&V process, procedures, documentation, and tools to be used by the entire company. • I developed test plans, test cases and performed test execution for all new product development, product enhancements, and customer reported issues. • I created QA project time, resource, and cost estimates for the CEO, & company customers. I was responsible for QA approval of product updates and builds for release to production environments. • Held regular meetings between myself and the Director of Development to build a company improvement roadmap for development, testing, & deployment of software.
