Daily Duties at Live Tv:
• I was the Lead Software Test Engineer for the LiveTV IFE systems. I have been a major contributor to the overall improved quality of LiveTV’s products. Resulting in improved reliability, passenger experiences, and airline satisfaction. • I have often had to assume the duties of a traditional project manager to help coordinate work between various groups and departments and be the driving factor in getting projects through traditional product gates, tested, and deployed. • I developed test plans, test cases, and perform test execution for new products, product enhancements, and issue fixes. • I performed the role of being an informational and organizational conduit between the development team, deployment team, and management team as there may be disconnects between personnel and as being responsible for QA I must make sure all project pieces are properly aligned to provide valid and reliable testing results.
