Daily Duties at Norwood Clinic :

Responsible for assisting with the development of operational projects by ensuring equipment and personnel are available at the appropriate times. Duties include scheduling daily operations of healthcare programs and services, processing employee timecards, assisting and training new nursing staff and volunteers while implementing OSHA and HIPAA standards, assuring quality patient care by supervising patient’s treatment and maintaining safety records. Other duties consist of resolving patient’s complaints with staff and/or personnel, supervising the internal medicine department for Norwood Clinic Satellites. Assisting the IT department with implementation of GE Centricy Electronic Medical Records programs with training clinical staff on the proper use of forms while performing clinical procedures. The acting liaison between insurance companies and physicians for the completion of HEDIS forms. Collaborate with health specialists and civic groups to determine community health needs and the availability of services, and to develop goals for meeting needs. Develop operational plans and policies necessary to achieve health education objectives and services
