Served as Health & Safety Officer on various federal hazardous waste projects providing QA/QC, field audits, and enforcing health and safety compliance. Identified and analyzed proposed remedial design alternatives for environmental restoration projects. Coordinated with multidisciplinary teams of environmental, legal, financial, and engineering specialties to develop and present detailed analyses for optimized cost-to-benefit solutions. Developed focused project objectives and strategies in collaboration with clients and executive level management. Planned critical path schedules, developed & managed budgets, supervised daily operations, and pooled resources with key team members to assure project objectives were achieved.
