Daily Duties at Mci Worldcom:
• Troubleshoot DS0 through DS3 circuits, including both dedicated and switched services such as Frame Relay, ISDN, DDS, fractional T1, analog data, voice, SS7, IMT, and ATM. • Monitor and test remote circuits using DACS, IDTS, and ITS. • Quickly troubleshoot and repair problems to restore customer service. • Mentor and train new technicians. • Document problem resolution details in Case Management System. • Serve as point of contact for trouble cases, working with customers to gather information, provide status updates, and verify resolution.
