Daily Duties at Mobile Play Partners:

Oversaw the set up and build out of T-Mobile retail locations. Responsible for managing two locations in Baltimore, MD. Supervised the overall daily operation of both stores including hiring, development, discipline, and scheduling of employees, and quality store operations. Maintained inventories at adequate levels, promoted sales, merchandising, and the appearance of both locations. Responsible for planograms, bank accounting, paperwork compliance, ordering supplies and physical inventories.
