Daily Duties at Lawrence N. Lavigne, Esq. Llc:
Provide legal counsel and representation for both employer and employee clients of employment law cases and devise innovative litigation strategies, including corporate institutional clients, wrongful termination, whistle blowing, harassment, discrimination, and employment/severance agreement reviews. Administer and perform arbitrations, jury and non-jury trials, and appeals processes in State and Federal courts. Develop alliance and broad national networks with outside counsel for companies and businesses. Conduct comprehensive investigation into retaliatory and discriminatory employment practices. Advise clients in employment, product liability, regulatory compliance, product recalls, and insurance issues. Prepare and compose legal documents including contracts, employment/severance agreements, employment/policy manuals, document retention programs, data security programs, e-discovery procedures and trial and appeal briefs.
