Daily Duties at Tarter Farm And Ranch Equipment:
Obtain pricing quotes and order for all printed materials (catalogs, product line brochures, banners, tradeshow displays, and equipment manuals) and branding labels applied to all products Tarter manufactures. Track all usage and reorder as needed. Make travel arrangements for all senior personnel, family members, and employees, including flights, hotels, and rental cars. Verify all invoices to ensure all items were delivered and then forward invoices for payment. Oversee company cell phone plan. Check all lines for overages and unauthorized charges. Add lines as necessary and order any replacement equipment for personnel. Proofread and suggest changes as needed to media placed for advertising purposes. Arrange all forklift, CPR, and First Aid training for employees to ensure that OSHA standards are maintained. Order items (caps, pens, notepads, key rings, letter openers) used for product shows. Order safety items for all plants. Also, maintain all MSDS sheets for all plants and Safety Manual to meet OSHA standards. Create and modify any reports for senior management. Create Power Point presentations used to create new business opportunities for Tarter. Reconcile company credit cards and ensure that all receipts are accounted for. Handle product orders, exchanges, returns, and credits for specific vendors.
