Daily Duties at Well Care:
Maintain and track issues for state issues log for the Kentucky Hospital Association; organize weekly internal meetings to find resolutions for issue log. Coordinate conference call and issues log for internal Network, Provider Relations, and Operations meeting bi-weekly. Work on special projects as assigned. Filter and compile information (including claims) for Provider Relations. Take member and provider phone calls and answer their questions. Create Single Physician contracts and send out for signatures. Arrange travel of associates as needed. Create PowerPoint presentations for meetings. Order all office supplies and promotional items for the Lexington, Hazard, and Ashland offices. Reconcile my company credit card and ensure that all receipts are accounted for.
