Daily Duties at State Of Arizona:
As a promotion this position was responsible for recruiting, human resources, training/mentoring, dispute resolution, outsource vendor communication, evaluating, hiring/firing, agency representative to the public and vendors, website design, all budgeting and scheduling, process design, motivation, interpersonal skills, benefit resource, resource for other agencies, outsourced work,Team Web Design, Improving Performance,flowof information from medical staff to all areas of operations management and staff. Work indepentantly without supervision, value working with other as a team member and maintain a solution oriented environment, creative and resourceful, always working towards continuous improvement, analyze, negotiate,and resolve issues between all stakeholders, analyze resourse needs and come up with solutions for recruiting. Project meeting facilitation, develop remediation plans and work with necessary areas as appropriate to ensure service levels and goals are met/exceeded, assist in development, implementation and monitoring of Strategic and operational initiatives with strong attention to detail. There were usually about 40 direct reports and medical accreditation.
