Daily Duties at State Of Arizona:

I was asked to perform this duty due to my detail to special details. I was expected to provide detailed review of SSA Disability Claims, Medicare and Altcccs cases. I was expected to keep detailed technical documentation of all reviews and provide feedback to the Medical Staff and Disability Analysts for improved performance in the area of quality. I was expected to communicate this verbally and in written format.Ensures that all medical diagnosis in medical criteria is well supported. Corks collaboratively with other members of the QA Team.Participates in all mandatory compliance and other training programs.Provides counsel and recommends optimal implementation/process improvements to meet or exceed regulatory requirements. Evaluates data for trends, identifies issues for review and works with appropriate departments, personnel, providers and senior management to develop corrective action plan. Facilitates data collection and reporting of targeted quality improvement meaasures across pperations; evaluates and conducts trend analysis, reports comparative measures to assess relative performance. Provides expertise, direction, and coordination of the day-to-day activities and all related activities including development and communication of policies and procedures related to the quality improvement for the organization. Designs and implements the Quality improvement program, work plan and evaluation to comply with external quality and regulatory review.Provides counsel and recommends optimal implementation/process improvements to meet or exceed regulatory requirements. Evaluates data for trends, identifies issues for review and works with appropriate departments, personnel, providers to develop corrective action plan.Performs various quality studies and analysis to evaluate quality of service to deliver care results to our clients.
