Daily Duties at Life Source, Inc.:
Travel to nursing facilities and assisted living sites daily to deliver mental health evaluations and provide individual and family psychotherapy services. Provides crisis intervention, treatment plan development, and creates detailed clinical recommendations to primary physicians and staff. Disorders and clinical issues frequently treated include dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, chronic pain and severe medical complications, adjustment disorders, grief/loss issues, domestic violence, and alcohol and substance abuse issues.
