Daily Duties at The City Of Oakland:
Coordinated with the Open Government Coordinator to ensure that all Public Records Requests (PPR) and their corresponding emails were inputted into the Oracle Content Management System and Microsoft Outlook, respectively. Researched tools and contractual information for a better handling of Public Records. Helped scan, convert PPR documents to PDF and create CDs to send to those requesting the information from the City of Oakland. Assisted in the creation of a Manual and PowerPoint for Open Government Public Records Training Sessions.
