Led Quality group consisting of Supervisors, line inspectors and lab & layout technicians in daily quality activities. Set up plant to receive QS 9000 & ISO 9000 certification. Led quality initiatives to meet customer specified ppm expectations. Awarded customer preferred supplier awards for 3 years.
